Automatically fix PHP code style violations

Fixer CI submits PR's that automatically fix code style violations, letting your team focus on building a better product.

Automate the fixing of code style violations

The process of manually checking for code style errors is prone to human error (and forgetfulness). Take the human factor out by automating the process.

Make code reviews easier for your team

Code reviews are hard enough, without trying to remember to check for code style violations. Fix the violations automatically before you start the review.

Enforce code styles across your team

On boarding new devs can be a daunting task. Make it easier by automatically enforcing code styles across your entire team.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find out a bit more about how Fixer CI works.

Under the hood Fixer CI uses an open source library called PHP CodeSniffer. PHP CodeSniffer can be used to report on style violations in your code but can also be used to apply fixes automatically.

By default we fix all PHP files that violate the PSR1 and PSR2 coding standards.

Yes. If you have a phpcs.xml (or phpcs.xml.dist) in the root of your project Fixer CI will use this file to detect and fix code style violations instead of our default rules. For more information see the PHP CodeSniffer docs.
